This is the first in our series keeping you up-to-date on the latest flower trends around the world, with a specific focus on long-lasting preserved flowers. We hope you enjoy this series and you get your much needed dose of flowerspiration!
Japan and Korea, as well as South-East Asian countries are clearly leading the way when it comes to preserved flower arrangements, and the sheer variety and creativity of arrangements is astounding, and this blog post will begin to showcase this. Preserved flower boutiques in Australia have so far mostly focused on rose box arrangements, such as our Square Rose Box, which showcase the pure beauty of roses. We are attempting to take inspiration from some of the creativity coming from the rest of Asia to offer powerful design compositions. Our first step in this direction is our seasonal vase collection, and specifically Shades of Winter and Signature Hat Box, but there will be plenty more to come!
The images below are a selection of designs by Florever in Japan, and show the power of preserved flower art. We will be highlighting upcoming themes in further posts but wanted to give you a taste of what is to come!
