What is included in my order?

  • All orders include a personalised message card (where requested) and your selected item(s), which is placed in a specially branded ADOROSA gift box or gift bag. This is then carefully packaged in a packaging box for a safe delivery

How can your flowers last such a long time?

  • Our flowers are picked when they are at their freshest (and fullest bloom) and then undergo a preservation process, which, unlike dried flowers, enables the flowers to maintain a natural appearance and feel for 1 year (and potentially longer when kept in good conditions)

How will my preserved flowers look?

  • We strive to ensure all arrangements delivered are identical to the images advertised on our website. However, certain flowers and plants are seasonal and subject to supply availability, and we reserve the right to substitute certain flowers in an arrangement where necessary. Also, roses vary in their bud size, and we are not able to always exactly determine the number of roses required for a rose box
  • Additionally, the exact colour tones of a flower may vary depending on your monitor settings

Will my flowers have a fragrance?

  • Long lasting flowers do not have a natural fragrance following the preservation process
  • However, we add a small amount of rose fragrance to the flowers before sending 

How should I care for my preserved flowers?

  • Our flowers are fragile and the following guidelines should be followed to ensure they stay in a good condition: 
    • Do not water the flowers
    • Try not to touch the flowers
    • Avoid direct sunlight and moisture
    • To remove dust, use a cold air hair dryer at low speed
    • Do not remove the flowers from the box
    • Please keep away from children, pets

    What are my delivery options?

    1. Australia Post (Australia-wide)

    Delivery timeframes below are estimates only and Australia Post delivery delays can and do occasionally happen

      • Expect to receive orders within 2-5 business days of ordering, depending on your region
    • Express Delivery 
      • Priced based on location and weight
      • Estimated next day delivery only for orders placed:
        • Before 12pm on a weekday
        • For delivery to Sydney Metro, Brisbane Metro, Melbourne Metro, Adelaide Metro, Canberra Metro, and Hobart Metro areas
        • Note: Deliveries not before 12pm on a weekday and/or not to the above locations cannot expect to receive their order the next day. We do not deliver on weekends
        • This is an estimated delivery timeframe and not a guaranteed delivery timeframe

    2. Couriered Delivery (Sydney Only)

    Deliveries will take place from 8.30am-5pm. Please ensure someone is home to receive the delivery on this day. If not, please provide authority to leave and instructions for a safe place to leave the delivery

            Can I personalise my delivery?

            • Yes, you will be offered the opportunity to include a personalised message card with your order, please leave your card message in your shopping cart before checking out

            What if the flowers are damaged?

            • We strongly endeavor to avoid delivering damaged products, but if this does occur, let us know within 24 hours, and we will arrange an immediate replacement to be sent 

              Can I cancel my order?

              • Unfortunately, as we produce our flower boxes on demand, we are not able to offer cancellations once an order has been placed
