Valentine's Day Delivery

Can I get my gift delivered on Valentine’s Day (14th February)?

  • Yes! – we can deliver on Valentine’s Day to the Sydney Metro area only for a $35 delivery fee. Please select the Valentine’s Day Delivery Shipping option at checkout
  • Please ensure someone will be present to receive the delivery and leave the correct contact number. If there is a safe place to leave the flowers please let us know in the notes section at checkout
  • Unfortunately, for customers outside of Sydney, we are unable to guarantee on the day delivery. However, please place orders early via Standard Post and Express Post to ensure you have your blooms for Valentine’s Day

Can I choose what time it will be delivered on Valentine’s Day?

  • No – Unfortunately as we are using a local courier service we are unable to select what time it will be delivered. Delivery could be between anytime until 5.30pm

Can I get my gift delivered before Valentine's Day?

  • Yes! – Please select the Specific Day Delivery Shipping option at checkout to get your gift couriered on your chosen day, or choose Standard Post or Express Post at checkout 

Until when can I place my order for Valentine’s Day Delivery?                         

  • 1pm on Saturday 13th If after this time send us an email at info@adorosa.com.au and we will try to accommodate the delivery. It is very likely that we will run out of stock so order now to secure your order

What if someone is not present for the delivery?

  • If someone is not present at the delivery location to receive the flowers, and after calling there is no safe place to leave the delivery, the courier will not make the delivery. Please ensure that someone will be there, leave a contact number, and indicate a safe place to leave delivery if needed

How will it be presented?

  • For Valentine's Day delivery pre-order only, all Rose Boxes (ClassicPastelSquareRound) will be delivered in an Adorosa gift box wrapped in ribbon

Covid-19 Impact

  • Australia Post have warned of delays for certain deliveries resulting from Covid-19
  • There is no impact on couriered deliveries (Specific Day Delivery, Valentine's Day Delivery)

What are my delivery options?

1. Australia Post (Australia-wide)

Delivery timeframes below are estimates only and Australia Post delivery delays can and do occasionally happen

  • Standard Delivery 
    • Free Australia-wide 
    • Expect to receive orders within 2-5 business days of ordering, depending on your region
    • Express Delivery 
      • Priced based on location and weight
      • Estimated next day delivery only for orders placed:
        • Before 12pm on a weekday
        • For delivery to Sydney Metro, Brisbane Metro, Melbourne Metro, Adelaide Metro, Canberra Metro, and Hobart Metro areas
        • Note: Deliveries not before 12pm on a weekday and/or not to the above locations cannot expect to receive their order the next day. We do not deliver on weekends
        • This is an estimated delivery timeframe and not a guaranteed delivery timeframe

    2. Couriered Delivery (Sydney Only)

    Deliveries will take place from 8.30am-5pm. Please ensure someone is home to receive the delivery on this day. If not, please provide authority to leave and instructions for a safe place to leave the delivery

      • $35 flat rate
      • Will be delivered by courier on the date you want
      • Having placed the order, please let us know via email the day you want the delivery made on
      • For delivery to certain Sydney postcodes only
    • Valentine's Day Delivery
      • $35 flat rate
      • Will be delivered by courier on Valentine's Day - 14th February
    When will I receive my Australia Post delivery?
    • The following table displays the estimated delivery day of your order for Express and Standard Delivery options. Please expect longer delivery timeframes than those below because of Covid-19.
    How will my package be delivered and can I track the delivery?
    • You will be provided with parcel tracking notifications by email
    What if the recipient is not there when it is delivered?
    • For Australia Post deliveries, if the package could not be delivered you will be asked to collect the package at a local collection point
